Alexander McQueen, extraordinary hair
Knuckle Duster Clutch
Alexander McQueen released the beautiful original Knuckle Duster clutch last year. The bag teams a beautifully crafted clutch bag with a bejewelled skull knuckle duster to hold it by. I've always lusted after it but it's sadly outside my price range.

I have found some (shameless) but attractive imitations as you can see below for a much more comfortable price.
I like both, but I think I prefer the plain leather clutch. The LYDC bag is nice but a bit too dazzly for my liking and will be harder to match to an outfit. I'd love to hear any feedback on what you think of them.

Just a few things that have caught my eye from the catwalk for Autumn and Winter.
What stands out the most for me are the 'Gothic Glam' and 'Shredded Knit' trends, which I can see complimenting each other if pulled off in the right way. I've got a good pile of knitted jumpers in my wardrobe just waiting for winter to begin. I'll definitely be pulling out my black lippy too!

Olivia Deane, Westminster '11

I can't decide what I love more about Olivia Deane, her collection or her fashion illustrations. Her designs remind me of little Russian Dolls I collected when I was a child. They look so comfortable and incredibly magical. I could imagine wearing a set from her collection and feeling like a character in a fairytale.
